Teens, more than ever, need to build a balanced life given homework overload, worrying about what others think, and the endless opportunities at their fingertips and in life. This interactive group offers practical skills to help beat stress, depression and anxiety by getting in charge of emotions and physically feeling better. Engaged participants will realize the promise to feel calmer, be confident, think more clearly, recover faster from challenging situations, and enjoy life with a new intelligence, balance, clarity and self-assurance while working toward goals. When you feel better, you do better!
