It is suggested that happiness and the freedom to Be is a birthright and pathway to being fully alive. Yet a lifetime of environments presenting as stressful, competitive and judgmental make it challenging to avoid feeling, to some degree not good enough, deserving enough, smart enough, or prepared enough. Whatever your list may be, exploring and practicing profound acceptance does create a new life. Through practices of acceptance, commitment, and love we find ways to nurture ourselves, transform our pain, and declare our wholeness.
